Willett Pot Still Reserve Single Barrel Bourbon is one of the earliest Willett bourbons, and pays tribute by coming in a bottle shaped after a traditional pot-still. Quite complex, however, with a nose of floral notes, including hints of jasmine and orange blossom, with ginger, cinnamon and banana (especially when watered down). The plate is rich with zesty lemon, black tea, sweet toffee and butterscotch, honey and nuts, with a fantastic spicy finish, rich in herbal notes, rye, spicy pepper and pecans. Added water seems to really bring out this unique banana note, so definitely give it a try.

For Next Day Delivery all orders should be placed on the website before 13:00GMT.
We currently only ship order to the UK, however have plans to expand that to cover Europe in the future.
