The Pefect High Ball Recepie

A Jim Beam Highball cocktail. Recipe. A refreshing bourbon-based cocktail recipe made using Jim Beam, soda water and a juicy wedge of lemon.

Key Ingredients
2 x Fever Tree Soda Water 20cl
Jim Beam White Label Bourbon Whiskey 70cl

50ml Jim Beam

200ml Fever Tree Soda Water

Ice

Slice of Lemon

method

Step 1
Fill a tall narrow high ball glass with ice cubes
Step 2
Pour the Jim Beam over the ice
Step 3
Pour the soda water over, be sure to tilt the glass when pouring to ensure a perfect pour
Step 4
Garnish with a slice of Lemon
Step 5
Sit Back and Enjoy!
