Simple to make, but so satisfying. Spicy, warm and resfreshing all at the same time.

Key Ingredients
Angostura Aromatic Bitters 20cl
Monin Gum Syrup 70cl
2 x Fever Tree Ginger Beer 20cl
Plantation Trinidad Original Dark Rum 70cl

Key Ingredients

50ml Plantation Trinandad Original

Dark Rum

25ml Fresh Lime Juice

Couple Dash Angostura Bitters

Dash of Monin Sugar Syrup

100ml Fever Tree Ginger Beer

Step 1
Add all the ingredients into a highball glass over Ice.
Step 2
Stir gently
Step 3
Garnish with a wedge of lime
Step 4
Enjoy
