Glenmorangie's Nectar d'Or is a 12 Year old whisky finished in French Sauternes wine casks, which lends the Nectar much of its sweetness.
The superb single malt Scotch is imbued with spicy notes of ginger, nutmeg, lemon meringue and honeycomb.
Expect a full palate with more dessert wine notes, alongside cereal hints such as barley. Enjoy a touch of malty spice and berry fruits as the oaky flavour develops.
