1. I have placed my order, what happens next?

You will receive an order confirmation email from us,, the order will then be passed on to our packers to pick, pack and process. Once your order has been processed and collected by the couriers you will receive another email letting you know that the item has been dispatched, it will also provide tracking options.

2. Can I place an order over the telephone?

Unfortunately for security purposes we do not take personal or card details over the telephone. Ordering via the website is the most efficient and secure option.

3. Which courier company do you use?

Depending on the size of the order we use Royal Mail and Parcel Force.

4. Can I collect my order?

We do not have a click and collect facility as yet, but we will keep you informed when we do. Subscribe to our newsletter to keep up to date on all our news and laters offer.

5. I want to return my order, how can this be done?

We are very keen on protecting your consumer rights. We will need to be notified within 14 days of your order arriving. We will then send you clear instructions on the returns process.

6. Can I get this shipped to an address outside the UK?

Not currently, however we will have this feature available soon to ship to any location in Europe. Keep up to date by subscribing to our newsletters to keep up-to-date on all our latest news.

7. Do you cater for events?

8. Do you offer same day delivery?

We do not offer same day delivery; we are good but not that good! Next day delivery is our fastest option.

9. Can I get my order delivered on a Saturday?

This should not be a problem as long as one of our courier companies works in your area on a weekend.

10. What is the best method to contact you?

Email is our preferred option to contact us, info@thedrinksbasket.com, whether is a complaint, or a request to source your favourite tipple our staff are happy to assist in your anything your need.

11. Will my details be shared with other parties?

Your details will not be shared with any other company, we merely use them for marketing purposes of our own to help you have the best experience possible and provide you with unbeatable offers.

12. Can the courier leave my goods at a safe place?

Unfortunately not, we can leave it with a neighbour but the goods need to be signed for as its an age restricted item.

13. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major UK credit and debit cards including AMEX alternatively you can pay via PayPal.

14. Is the packaging provided recyclable?

We at TheDrinksBasket are very environmentally conscious and therefore only source recyclable and biodegradable materials with exception to the sellotape.
