Born in 1858, Canadian Club is known for its superior whiskey. First created by Hiram Walker, a grain merchant in Walkerville, Ontario. Hiram used the finest grains and a technique of blending before ageing the whiskey. It became famous and was enjoyed in gentlemen's clubs in America, this is where it was given the name, Club Whiskey.
The founders wanted everyone to know where it originated from so changed the name to Canadian Club. This whiskey can be enjoyed as an alternative to beer, with it being so refreshing and smooth. Enjoy it in a cocktail or sipping it neat over ice.
