With a reputation for being one of the most well-respected – and best-selling - Scotch whiskies, it's no surprise that founder Arthur Bell's signature is still used on every bottle of Bell's. Bell began experimenting with malts from several distilleries before refining his blended scotch in 1851. Bell's Original is made up of up to 40 different malt and grain whiskies, all adding their unique profile to the drink.
At the heart is Blair Athol, while the Speyside malt of Dufftown and the Lowlander Glenkinchie help influence its character. The Special Reserve is a slightly smokier affair but will be worth a taste for whisky aficionados.
