With a heritage that stretches all the way back to 1749, it’s easy to see why Appleton Estate has a reputation for one of the best rums to come out of Jamaica. The rums are handcrafted on a sugar estate and distillery set in the heart of the country’s sugar cane belt. The terrain of the Nassau Valley, means that rain is naturally filtered, giving an extraordinary depth of flavour to the local sugar cane which is used in the company’s 21 year old Nassau Valley Cask production.
